Quarter, 256.00 feet; thence with a deflection angle 90 degrees 22
feet 30 inches right-East 439.75 feet; thence with a deflection
angle 89 degrees 37 feet 30 inches right-South parallel with the
West line of said Southwest Quarter, 247.28 feet to the South line
